About the event

Are you tired of feeling stuck in overwhelm, anxiety, or burnout? Many of us live in a constant state of survival without realizing it — and it affects our energy, relationships, and sense of peace.

In this 1-hour live masterclass, you’ll learn how to recognize when your body is in fight, flight, freeze, or fawn, understand what triggers these survival states, and practice a simple, practical exercise to start shifting your nervous system into a calmer, more regulated state.

This is a founding-member session, which means you’re helping shape the first version of this course. Your feedback will guide future offerings, and you’ll get access to the recording for replay even if you can’t attend live.

By the end of this class, you’ll be able to:

  • Spot when your nervous system is stuck in survival mode

  • Understand how fight, flight, freeze, and fawn show up in daily life
